The Uggiano Chianti Riserva ‘Lucere’ gains its unique rich character through a rigorous wine-making process. The fresh must is pumped over the grape skins twice a day to give the wine it’s colour and tannin.
It’s then racked to a large oak botti after 15 days where it remains for 14 months. The wine is then refined in the bottle for a further 12 months before release.
