A delightful fresh, zesty and characterful Organic Veredjo from the north of Rueda
Produced from the small vineyards surrounding the winery which are organically cultivated. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and kept on its lees for 3 months, then rested before bottling.
