Product Details
The grapes for this wine is specially selected from various vineyards in the Breederiver Valley. The grapes are harvested at 22 degrees Balling and crushed into settlers where only the free run juice is collected to give this wine its vibrant light pink colour and great fresh fruity palate. Fermentation also takes place at low temperatures to ensure the capture of this fresh and fruity aromas.
Tasting Notes
This is pale shallot skin in hue, with a nose of fresh cranberries and mountain fynbos. There’s then a super bright palate of cranberries again, pink grapefruit and mandarin. It finishes clean, gently textural with the vivid vibrancy you would expect of Atlantic Cinsault Blend.
