Tierra de Estrellas Sauvignon Blanc

Pinta Negra
This wine is a delightful blend of Arinto, Fernão Pires, and Chardonnay grapes that presents a lively and refreshing bouquet of citrus aromas, including lemon and grapefruit, enhanced by subtle floral and honeyed notes. On the palate, it offers a light to medium body with bright acidity, showcasing a medley of citrus and tropical fruit flavors, a hint of gentle spice.
AdegaMãe Regenerative & Organic Red
This regenerative and organic red wine from Adega Mãe in Portugal is a blend of Syrah and Caladoc. It showcases a lively bouquet of dark berries and spices from the Syrah, beautifully complemented by floral and red fruit notes from the Caladoc. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with bright acidity, offering rich flavours of blackberries, plums, and a subtle hint of pepper.
Guillaume Aurele Merlot
Guillaume Aurele Merlot is a fruit-forward dry red wine brimming with cherry and red berry aromas. It offers an abundance of ripe plum flavours on the palate, elegantly balanced by silky tannins and a touch of spice on the finish.
Don Aparo Malbec
The Argentinian Don Aparo Malbec is an excellent dry red wine featuring juicy blackberry flavours layered with notes of ripe plum and black cherry. These rich flavours are complemented by vibrant, lightly perfumed aromas.
Da Vero Biologico Catarratto, IGT Terre Siciliane
This wine boasts bright and inviting aromas of citrus and fennel, accented by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, featuring flavours of grapefruit and preserved lemon, with good concentration and a satisfying mid-palate weight. A tangy finish with crisp acidity completes the experience.
Due to an unprecedented demand for this case, we have had to make a few swaps, Encostas do Minho Branco for Pinta Negra and Reinados Red for AdegaMae Regenerative and Organic Red temporarily. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
If a bottle within the case you have ordered is not available, we may choose a like-for-like swap. If it costs more than your original choice, we will not charge you the extra cost, if it costs less, we will refund you the difference.
