Don Aparo rode 14km to his vineyard daily on a bicycle to tend to his beloved vines and was often seen walking with a lantern through the vines on an evening to put the vineyards to bed. This story encapsulates everything that this winery has to offer; its history, tradition and passion for winemaking.
