Product Details

A beautiful white wine to compliment our portfolio. Viognier is a variety of wine we couldnt track down a 'skinny' version of. We promise this will be worth every penny. Originally from the Rhone, the Viognier grape also grows well in Occitanie, France's deep south, creating full, characterful dry white wines. Here it's from the respected Alma Cersius cooperative based near Beziers. The vineyards for the Viognier are located near the coast and benefit from the cooling breezes coming off the Mediteranean. The grapes are pressed early in the morning to preserve all the juicy freshness, and the wine is aged on the lees after fermentation to bring out the character of the grape.
