If you wish to return or exchange the product you must email us at hello@drinkwelluk.com or call 0161 726 5994 within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be un-opened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item and these delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your parcel arrives damaged please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order and follow this process to make sure you get 100% of your money back or replacements.

Step1 – Take a clear photo of the delivery label on the parcel

Step 2 – Take a clear photo of the inside of the parcel, showing clearly the damage

Step 3 – Take a clear photo of the outside of the parcel, showing clearly the damage (if this is visible form the outside)

Step 4 – Send the images across to hello@drinkwelluk.com along with your Order/Invoice number & a member of our customer service team will process this as soon as possible
