Flavours
Tasting notes: Running Duck Organic Rosé is an attractive pink colour typical of an authentic Rosé. The nose shows the ripeness of the young Shiraz with strawberry and Kir Royale notes. The apparent fruity sweetness on first tasting develops into a more solid structure and tasty dry finish.
Ideal food pairings: Running Duck Organic Rosé pairs beautifully with an assortment of delicious cured meats and cheeses. Why not create a personalised charcuterie board for your next soiree to pair with this rose, or serve a cold glass with some fresh bruschetta as a mouth-watering appetiser?
Serving
Serving temperature: Particularly if you are serving your Rosé on a hot day, ensure your wine is between 8 and 10°C. Chilling your wine allows the zesty, and lighter berry notes to shine through.
Glass Style: Opt for a standard tulip-shaped glass with a small to medium-sized bowl. If you are dining in a more casual setting with friends, why not try DrinkWell’s very own stemless wine glasses?
Note- Please be aware that some of our organic and natural wines may present sediment and crystals within the bottle. Please do not be alarmed, they don’t pose any harm to your health. This is often a sign that there was minimal intervention in the process of making this wine. Enjoy!
