Grapes are harvested under the cool veil of night and gently pressed before dawn to preserve their vibrant character. The juice undergoes slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then rests on fine lees in an oxygen-free environment until bottling—ensuring purity, finesse, and aromatic depth.
This wine dazzles with a brilliant pale lychee hue and a modern, expressive nose of white flowers, exotic fruits, and red berries. Its palate is tightly structured yet beautifully balanced, revealing citrus zest and lush tropical notes.
