This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc bursts with bright citrus and grapefruit, layered with hints of tropical fruit. Crisp, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, it delivers a long, flavour-packed finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

PRODUCER

Back in 1981, the Giesen brothers planted their first vines - probably not realising they were laying the foundation for one of New Zealand’s most celebrated wineries. Blending their German roots with a bold Kiwi spirit (and plenty of hard graft), they’ve spent over 40 years crafting wines made to be shared, savoured, and enjoyed.


Today, every bottle carries that same passion. Perfect for any night of the week.

VINIFICATION

Crafted to keep things fresh and full of life, this wine is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to lock in those vibrant fruit flavours. A little time on the lees adds a soft, textured mouthfeel.
To keep things lighter without losing flavour, a portion of the wine has the alcohol gently reduced using spinning cone technology—resulting in a crisp, expressive Sauvignon Blanc at just 9.5% ABV.
