Product Details
Good value, accessible and easy drinking French Sauvignon Blanc.
Blended from carefully selected wines from the Loire to create an accessible, bright and juicy wine which still displays Sauvignon Blanc typicity. Fermented in stainless steel with 2 to 3 months on fine lees, the malolactic fermention is prevented to highlight the zesty citrus characteristics to shine through.
Zesty and bright with ripe peach and grapefruit notes on the nose followed by a palate of zippy grapefruit and lemon zest with a pleasingly long finish.
Great to drink just as it is, but would work with young goats cheese, seafood and salads with a vinegarette dressing.
