Crafted from Macabeo and Parellada grapes grown at over 700 meters above sea level, this Cava captures the essence of its unique terroir - mainly chalky soils with layers of clay, ideal for producing elegant, flavoursome sparkling wines. Made using the traditional method and aged for 12 months in underground cellars, it undergoes daily stirring one month before disgorging to ensure exceptional refinement.
From the Tapas family collection, which includes wines aged for over 26 years, this Cava presents a pale yellow hue with golden edges and fine, persistent bubbles.
