Wellbeing is a huge focus for us here at DrinkWell and, as you may have already gathered, we’re all about balance. We wanted to create a platform for both ourselves and our customers where we can embark on monthly challenges to support our health and well-being and celebrate daily victories. January is a great time to start a new wellness journey, but Project 365 is all about making healthy changes all year round. Remember, consistently good beats occasionally great!
What is Project 365?
Project 365 is our online community and somewhere to hold yourself accountable for reaching your 2024 goals. It’s a journey of self-care, one small act at a time, every day of the year. Whether it's taking the stairs or giving your dog an extra 15 minutes of walk time, these little moments add up to a healthier, happier you. We invite all of our customers, old and new, to join Project 365 so you can take part in our monthly challenges and win prizes. Project 365 is a supportive and inclusive space, so we want you to share your goals and victories with the group to help motivate others. Don’t worry, the whole team here at DrinkWell will be involved too. We’ll be posting everything we’re getting up to, from where we’re out walking, to what book we’re reading. As well as monthly challenges, we will also be sharing useful tips and guides to help you with your journey and getting some of our brand partners involved too.
What kind of challenges are there?
We’ll be hosting different challenges every month with a purpose to help you reach fitness goals or to just generally feel better! Of course there will be the classic step count challenge, a chance to get competitive. We’d also like to see things like who’s taking up a new hobby and sticking to it, and who’s cooking the healthiest meals. We’re open to suggestions for new challenges too! To take part in the challenges and win prizes, we will need to see you posting in the group
What prizes can be won?
We’ve got some great new Project 365 merchandise to give away like t-shirts and jumpers. Some of our brand partners have kindly provided us with some goodies too. Not to forget our own zere sugar drinks, plus many more surprises.
How can you get involved?
You can get involved in Project 365 by simply joining our Facebook group here. The Facebook group is where we will be posting all updates and where you can contribute as well. Just send a request to join and we will accept you soon after. Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram too!
