Product Details

The El Ninot de Paper Blanco is produced predominantly from Viura grapes, blended with Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are sourced from Murviedro's 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1500 that they control in the surrounding area. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, resulting in its refreshing taste.

This zesty, light-bodied wine has an eye-catching label, sure to stand out on any shelf or wine rack. The wine's unique name is inspired by the culture in its area of origin - Valencia, Spain. The name was inspired by the ‘paper doll’ of Las Fallas de Valencia festival, where puppets, usually made of paper mache, are paraded around town.

Flavours

Tasting notes: El Ninot de Paper Blanco is a fresh, dry white with light floral and citrus aromas. The wine is zesty with green apple characters balanced by a fresh acidity finish.

Ideal food pairings: Pair your El Ninot de Paper Blanco with seafood dishes such as traditional paella, or citrusy prawn pasta. This dry white is also perfect served as an aperitif.

Serving

Serving temperature: El Ninot de Paper Blanco is lighter in style and flavours, so a cold serving temperature, between 7 and 10°C complements the acidic tasting notes perfectly. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving your guests.

Glass style: Opt for a U-shaped bowl with a stemmed glass for your dry white wine, this helps to distribute the wine to the front of the pallet to balance the acidity.
