Product Details

Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio is produced from the mature vineyards in the sun-soaked Veneto and Friuli in Northern Italy. The premium quality grapes are crushed and pressed gently before the juice is left to settle and clarify. After fermentation, the wine is left for 3 to 6 months on the fine lees that are produced during the fermentation before bottling. This extensive process helps to give the wine the delicious and unique flavours that make it so mouth-watering.

This vegan wine contains zero residual sugar, so you can enjoy delicious flavoursome wine guilt-free!

Flavours

Tasting notes: Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio is a delicious vegan white wine that has a refreshing, tart apple aroma with a hint of sweet honey and peach.  With a fruity explosion for the palette, this wine is a great choice.

Ideal food pairings:  Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio is a light and refreshing wine that pairs great with cream-based dishes to highlight those crisp flavours. Why not try a caesar salad or a family-style chicken pasta for everyone to enjoy with a glass of wine?

Serving

Serving temperature: Lighter white wines, such as pinot grigio is ideally served between 7-10 ̊ C, which is slightly cooler than other white wines. Pop your bottle in the fridge for a few hours before serving to bring it down to temperature.

Glass Style: Opt for a standard tulip-shaped glass with a small to medium-sized bowl. If you are dining in a more casual setting with friends, why not try DrinkWell’s very own stemless wine glasses?
