Product Details

This delicious wine is a modern take on a dry red, combining the classic Spanish red varieties of Garnacha (60%) and Tempranillo (40%) creating a bright, fruity modern wine with a smooth finish. This is the perfect easy wine for everyone to enjoy.

Bodegas Milenium was founded in the 1960s by Manule Vazquez who set up this winery in the beautiful Galician countryside in north-western Spain. The new, state-of-the-art winery is very different from its humble origins but Manuel's philosophy of what makes good wine - work, love and common sense - is still very much in evidence of the delicious wine that is produced.

Flavours

Tasting notes: The combination of Spanish varieties Garnacha (60%) and Tempranillo (40%) Spanish varieties gives the wine a succulent fruit flavour of ripe red cherry fruit and hints of blackberry mingle on the nose, with soft, smooth red berry fruit on the palate.

Ideal food pairings:  This red pairs perfectly with classic family dishes such as a pasta dish or a shepherd's pie, making it a definite crowd-pleaser.

Serving

Serving temperature: Particularly if you are serving your Rosé on a hot day, ensure your wine is between 8 and 10°C. Chilling your wine allows the zesty, and lighter berry notes to shine through.

Glass Style: Opt for a large rounded bowl with this wine, this allows the glass to seize the delicious aromas of the wine.
