This is a wine of great aromatic strength with a subtle mix of fruit, including blackcurrant buds, citrus fruits and hints of tropical fruits. The taste lives up to the promising nose and is both lively and long. For a long time Sauvignon remained the estate’s second wine but in the last 4 years new plots have come into production. The best Sauvignon clones have been planted on two magnificent terroirs (a former lagoon bottom with large quantities of fossilised oysters, and a former river bed with flint stones).

The blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Airén brings together two distinct white grape varieties, resulting in a refreshing and nuanced wine. Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant acidity and aromatic complexity with citrus and herbaceous notes, while Airén lends a lighter body and subtle citrus characteristics for a smooth, delicate finish. Its bouquet is highly intense and fine, with aromas reminiscent of Muscat, white flowers and flint. To the palate, it is balanced, with a persistent varietal aroma.
Andrew Peace Silhouette Chardonnay
Andrew Peace wines is a family-owned and operated business, comprising a modern winery and a 180 hectares wine grape vineyard. The Peace family’s achievements in creating a commercially successful vineyard/winery business in recent years have been little short of amazing, demonstrating a strong capacity to utilise technology, with enormous hard work and exceptional planning skills. A fresh and clean white wine with an excellent balance of tropical fruit and delicate citrus. This wine is delicious both on its own or served with grilled lemon herb chicken or a crisp salad.
Tierra del Rey Sauvignon Blanc
In 1554, whilst struggling to remain heir to the Spanish throne, Philip II of Spain married Queen Mary I of England. In order to give him equal rank with the Queen, he was renamed Tierra del Rey, ‘King of Chile’ by this father and thus became Chile’s only King. The Central Valley is set in between the majestic Andes Mountains and the mighty Pacific Ocean, making it an ideal location for growing grapes. The mountains protect the wine region by creating dry, hot climatic conditions and the cold ocean breezes keep the vines cool. This combination produces full flavoured wines whilst maintaining that all important acidity essential to make perfectly balanced wines.
Vino Pomona Pinot Grigio
Pomona was the Roman goddess of fruitful abundance, typically illustrated carrying a cornucopia, and associated with the flourishing of fruit trees & orchards. The name Pomona comes from the Latin word pomum, meaning fruit. Pale lemon in appearance, aromas of pear with delicate apple and zingy citrus fruit on the palate, ending in a crisp, refreshing finish. Best served chilled as an aperitif, or to accompany a classic spaghetti carbonara.
Cloud Factory Sauvignon Blanc
Fruit for this wine is sourced from diverse Marlborough vineyards—from the coastal Rarangi site to the central and southern Wairau Valley, and the stony soils of Rapaura. Vines are grown on VSP trellises for optimal flavour. Grapes are picked, gently pressed, cold settled, and cool fermented with selected yeasts to enhance aromatics. Individual parcels are blended to create a full-textured style, then filtered and bottled to preserve freshness. Aromatic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a maritime minerality. Zesty citrus and white stone fruits lead into a palate of gooseberry and citrus zing, balanced by texture and weight. The finish is crisp and refreshing
