"Hi there, the rosé Provence case was a gift from my son. He knows I’m on a ‘low carb’ regime. I wasn’t sure what to expect but honestly the 4 bottles I’ve had so far have been gorgeous - my favourite at this stage is the Gavotte. Quite often in restaurants I find the Rosés too sweet whereas yours have a lovely minerally edge to them. I had a friend for dinner at the w/e and she felt the same - she’s planning to order from you too. Thanks"

"Rating: 1/5 Stars (Terrible) I am writing this review to express my absolute shock and disappointment with Drink Well's account security protocols and customer service response to a serious issue. My account was compromised by a phishing hijacker who used my personal details to place a fraudulent order for "cheap wine" without my authorization. This is completely unacceptable. The fact that an external party could gain access to my account and successfully place an order indicates a severe vulnerability in the company's systems for protecting customer data. When I contacted customer service to report this fraud, the process was not seamless. Instead of immediate assistance in locking the account and cancelling the fraudulent shipment, I encountered a lack of effective security procedures and potentially unhelpful staff when I needed prompt action. The experience of dealing with the aftermath of the breach, compounded by the company's handling of the situation, was incredibly stressful and frustrating. While I can't comment on the quality of the wine itself (as it was an unwanted, fraudulently ordered item), the complete failure in customer data security and the subsequent support experience is enough to warrant this negative review. Businesses have a responsibility to protect customer information and provide immediate, effective support in the event of a security breach or fraudulent activity. Drink Well has failed in this regard. I have reported the incident to Action Fraud (the UK's national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime) and have also contacted my bank regarding the payment. I strongly advise potential customers to consider the security risks associated with this company's platform. Until their security practices are drastically improved and their customer service is better equipped to handle fraudulent activity, I cannot recommend Drink Well."
