Reinados Tinto

Reinados Tinto is made using a combination of grapes: Tinta Roriz (60%) and Touriga Franca (40%). Its garnet colour, fruity aroma and smooth tannins reflect all its youth and makes this wine a safe choice. Its vibrant fruit character, balanced structure, and refreshing acidity makes it an excellent choice for pairing with a variety of dishes. We recommend enjoying this with grilled seafood or a hearty stews. But it’s equally as enjoyable on its own.

Wild Garden Pinotage

 A smooth and juicy Pinotage from South Africa's signature variety, delivering vibrant
 fruity notes of bright plummy and brambly fruit through to a lively finish.   The grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats to ensure maximum freshness and to preserve the purity of fruit. The wine was matured without oak influence to produce a juicy, fruity style which showcases the nuances of the  Pinotage variety.

Plume Syrah Grenache

This wine holds only 9% alcohol, exception for a wine of this quality particularly in Languedoc. Les Volets Pinot Noir

Bright ruby red, with upfront aromas of freshly-picked raspberries and an underlying savoury leesiness. Fleshy red fruits continue to the palate and are joined by fine tannins and juicy acidity; the foundations of a serious Pinot Noir. Haute Vallée de l’Aude is an area where altitude plays a vital role in tempering the climate. Separated from the Mediterranean by a range of coastal mountains whose elevation and gradient prompt higher diurnal ranges and allow cool winds from the Atlantic to blow through the vines. The region’s climate resembles South-West France more than the other hot, dry coastal areas of Languedoc.

Rosso, Organic, Fabrizio Vella

A natural wine with a complex nose, which is spicy and packed full of punchy liqouirice, chocolate, and dark fruits. Crisp, pleasant and persistent in the mouth. Harvested by hand. Yields are naturally limited by the winds and climatic conditions on the island and average around 80 quintal per hectare. Vineyard sites are situated at an altitude of 350-450m, ensuring cooler night time temperatures which preserve crucial acidity in the grapes. The average age of the vineyards are 7 years old. wines tend to be harvested earlier than many of their neighbours and consequently they are bright and fresh with no jammy, baked flavours.

Andrew Peace Silhouette Shiraz

Indulge in the velvety richness of Andrew Peace Silhouette Shiraz, crafted from Shiraz grapes and complemented by a subtle touch of Tempranillo. This is a full-bodied red, bursting with ripe black fruit flavours with a hint of succulent cherry. It has been aged in oak to add more depth of flavour whilst retaining the character of the wine. Andrew Peace Wines is a family-owned and operated business that is in the top 20 family-owned wine companies in Australia. The family has been in the business since 1981 when they purchased their first vineyard. Today, they own 180 hectares of wine grape vineyard, producing over 40 styles of wine.
