Product Details

Bodegas Manzanos have been producing wines since 1890 since the Fernández de Manzanos family established a small winery in Azagra with a capacity of 50,000 litres of wine. Many more generations have since took over, building the winemaking business and producing wines all across Spain. Nowadays, brothers Victor and David Fernández de Manzanos are the public faces of Bodegas Manzanos who continue to preserve the old flavour of tradition and the received legacy.

Tasting Notes

Made using 100% chardonnay grapes, this dry white wine is very bright lemon yellow in colour with an intense tropical and stone fruits aroma. It’s fresh, with a typical silky touch on the mouth. This pairs well with seafood, chicken and pastas.

Region

Nestled on the picturesque border between Rioja and Navarra in Spain,  Bodegas Manzanos, Castillo De Enériz embodies the essence of this unique terroir. This region is one of the cooler areas of Spain but still has a blend of warm Mediterranean influencers and cooler Atlantic breezes. This climate offers the perfect conditions for producing exceptional wines that are naturally low in sugar. Each grape is meticulously hand-picked in early October, ensuring that only the finest fruit reaches your glass.
