Product Details
This incredible new soft fruity red wine is another excellent pinot noir to add to our portfolio. This 'skinny' version, we promise will be worth every penny. Produced by the Alma Cersius cooperative in southern France, which has 1200 hectares of vineyards situated in three villages to the south of the city of Beziers. Pinot Noir is grown on one of the cooler vineyard sites near the Mediterranean, allowing a more natural approach and keeping freshness and balance in the wine.
The Pinot Noir here is always one of the first red grapes to be picked, and given an extended maceration before the fermentation, to extract plenty of colour and delicious flavour.

Flavours
Tasting notes: Guillaume Aurele Pinot Noir is a soft and fruity red wine with aromas of morello cherry and violets, with ripe raspberry fruit on the palate. This is a delicious wine rich with red fruity flavours.
Ideal food pairings: This pinot noir pairs perfectly with heartier fish dishes such as fresh monkfish. It also works perfectly, to offset the richness, with dishes such as roast duck and pork.
Serving
Serving temperature: Guillaume Aurele Pinot Noir is best served just below room temperature between 12 to 15°C to help accentuate those vibrant flavours. If the wine is served too warm it may lose its unique fruit flavours and will taste overpowering and acidic.
Glass Style: Choose a wide bowl wine glass, this is perfect for medium-bodied wines to allow for the subtle aromas to shine.
