It's time to think inside the box. Goon, Bag In box, Chateau de cardboard. Whatever you call it, boxed wine has had a bad reputation. if you want a quality drop it's got to come a bottle, right? Wrong! Bottle or box, if you put terrible tipple in, a lacklustre libation comes out. Hey Tomorrow puts great wine in a box, finally.
All Mount Barker, Great Southern fruit. Soils are lateritic gravel loams over clay base and all vines were established dry grown.
Winemaking is very simple, Gruner Veltliner spends a few hours on skins before being pressed to older oak to ferment wild along with some of the Riesling. Most of the Riesling in the blend was fermented in stainless steel and spent time on lees post ferment to build texture.
