Serving

Serving temperature: Pico a Pico Carmenere Merlot is a medium-to-full-bodied red wine so is best served just below room temperature, between 16 to 18°C to help complement the flavour profile of the wine. Chill in the fridge for 25 minutes before serving.

Glass style: Opt for a large rounded bowl with your Merlot, this allows the glass to seize the aromas of the wine.
