Introducing “The Green Soul of Prosecco” – Viva Earth is a winery that blends eco-conscious practices with the artistry of winemaking. As a proud member of Ethical Globe, a vegan community, this winery champions sustainable practices that make every glass a conscious choice for the environment. Nestled within their vineyard are thriving beehives, a natural asset that enhances both the ecosystem and grape quality. The bees play a vital role by pollinating plants that grow between the grapevines, which enrich the soil with nutrients, invite beneficial insects, and boost soil biodiversity. This biodiversity is key to creating the wine’s signature bouquet of herbaceous, fruity, and floral aromas.
The winery’s commitment to sustainability extends to its grape-harvesting techniques. Grapes are handpicked with gentle care to avoid disturbing the bees and to maintain the vineyard’s natural balance. This delicate process also allows for better quality control, as only the healthiest grapes are selected while diseased grapes are discarded immediately—a process that is impossible with machine harvesting.
Crafted in a sustainably certified environment, this Prosecco is more than a wine; it’s a celebration of nature’s harmony and the art of ethical winemaking, designed for eco-conscious consumers who appreciate a commitment to quality and sustainability in every bottle.
Prosecco Rosé
Prosecco Rosé DOC is a Brut sparkling wine that is derived from grapes grown
in the Prosecco DOC area, cultivated according to classic and traditional
techniques and that have maintained their quality and distinctiveness over
the years. Prosecco Rosé is made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir.
The Quality Pyramid of Prosecco
Prosecco DOCG wine is produced in the 15 municipalities to which the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene belong. At the top stands the crus, i.e., the Cartizze produced within its 108 hectares, unique in the world for its slopes. The 43 rive from which sparkling wines are obtained are produced exclusively by a single municipality. Each with its own organoleptic characteristics.
