"Having bene unable to speak to someone on the phone and no response to the email I am left this weekend with 4 bottles out of 19 And of which 3 are not my order So I haven’t been able to consume any of the wine in case it needs to be returned but as no one is bothering to respond to me and a automated message asking for feedback was sent maybe this public request for resolution might stop me from having to pursue this via my credit card company as a non provision of goods for the payment taken Abysmal customer service and I cannot comment on the wine"
