Product Details
Although we've used Cinsault from Oc for many, many years, this is the first vintage that we’ve bottled Cinsault on its own. This is characteristically fragrant, fine-boned and croquant, meaning “crunchy”. A range of wines that express the character of their grape varieties in Guillaume's preferred style, hence 'Selon Létang' (according to our winemaker Guillaume Létang). Delicious slightly chilled, this Cinsault's bright, earthy notes and acidity marries beautifully with Asian duck dishes, beef or game.
