In the Omaka Valley, part of Marlborough's Southern Valley in New Zealand, the Omaka state is the sole producer of estate wines and olive oil. The term "Omaka," translates to "where the springs flow," refers to a new world destination known for its mineral-rich springs that flow through its vineyards. 

Low sugar Sauvignon Blanc 

The natural nuance feeds the valley's soils and infuses all of their wines with the signature taste of minerality.
