Traces Sauvignon Blanc

It’s a perfect match for superfood salads. We also highly recommend serving TRACES Sauvignon Blanc with grilled fish, where its zesty character highlights the natural sweetness of the seafood.
El Tesoro Verdejo
El Tesoro Verdejo boasts refreshing aromas of zesty lemon and tangy grapefruit. Made from the Verdejo grape, the palate is dry with an excellent amount of freshness, good richness of texture and distinct flavours. This wine pairs perfectly with dishes like vegetable risottos or grilled fish. Stainless steel vinification is used in the winemaking process to keep the Verdejo’s structured characteristics.
Il Traliccio Sangiovese
Bright, fruity aromas and appealing cherry and damson characters on the palate. This is light and easy drinking with soft tannins and a juicy finish. The 100% Sangiovese grapes are early harvested from vineyards in Emilia Romagna. Fermentation is in stainless steel, and the wine is bottled at 11%.
La Perdrix Solitaire Malbec
Notes of mulberry and underlying redcurrant and blackcurrant aromas. Complex, with fine raspberry and red-fruit flavours backed by a touch of chocolate truffle richness. A mid-weight harmonious wine, an expression of purity and youthful fruitiness.
Andrew Peace Silhouette Shiraz
Indulge in the velvety richness of Andrew Peace Silhouette Shiraz, crafted from Shiraz grapes and complemented by a subtle touch of Tempranillo. This is a full-bodied red, bursting with ripe black fruit flavours with a hint of succulent cherry. It has been aged in oak to add more depth of flavour whilst retaining the character of the wine.
Piattini Rosé
Pale coral pink, this is a dry, fresh and fruity rosé with delicate aromas of red berries. A delicate yet juicy palate with good intensity of ripe red berry and cherry fruit. A lightly creamy texture with zesty acidity, leading to a crisp, dry finish.
The Emissary Prosecco
Brilliant straw yellow. Floral and mineral nose with a touch of citrus, displays delicate notes of white flowers. On the palate it is lively, yet elegant and very refreshing with a dry finish. The perfect terroir for growing grapes is further enhanced by knowledge passed down from generation to generation at the family vineyard. In early September, the grapes are carefully selected and slowly pressed for their delicate, fresh juice. Once the primary fermentation has taken place, the secondary fermentation commences where the still white wine will be transformed into a magnificent spumante.
