- Selected yeast / Alcoolique fermentation low températures by grape varieties
separated. - Growing on full lies until december for fisrt soutirage without sulfites.
- Blend tasting december.
- Bottling from january to june.

fish, pièces montées patisserie.

Tasting note
Bright young straw colour with a vivid mousse. Pure nose offering crushed apple, pear,
ripe citrus and lemongrass. Sleek texture with a creamy texture balanced by a crisp
backbone, young pure fruit flavours and medium long finish.
