Product Details

We are delighted to include another wine by the South Australian winemakers, Oxford Landing, this time their incredible Pinot Grigio. Oxford Landing is committed to protecting our environment; their winery is Sustainable Winegrowing Australia (SWA) accredited allowing them to make the wine as sustainably as possible.

Tasting Notes

Although pale in colour and subtle on the nose, Oxford Landing Pinot Grigio packs a punch of flavour. This wine presents a vibrant fusion of custard apple and spiced pear, complemented by delicate hints of lychee, lemon pith, grapefruit, and cinnamon flavours. These delightful flavours make this a medium-bodied palate, creating a harmonious tasting experience. This wine is best enjoyed with Asian shredded chicken salad with roasted peanuts.

Region

Oxford Landing Pinot Grigio is produced in South Australia where its vineyards grow beside the Murray River. The Riverland is perfect for prime grape-growing conditions, with a combination of a Mediterranean climate, sunshine and fertile red soil. The vineyards are split into 150 two-hectare blocks so that each one can be treated as an individual ecosystem. This ensures healthier fruit, greater harvesting flexibility and ultimately, wine that’s full of flavour.
